Powers Muzzle Brakes are manufactured out of 316 stainless steel or 4140 steel that can be blued. Both materials can be Cerakoted. Sizes are .625, .750, .875 and 1”. Thread Pitches are ½ - 28 and 5/8 – 24. All are CNC Machined in one set up for concentric alignment. The front exit hole MUST BE DRILLED .020 OVER BULLET DIAMETER as they are currently .234”. The front is machined at an 11 deg angle and ports are drilled at a 10 deg angle. There is an estimated 60% reduction in felt recoil.
These are made from O-1 Tool Steel or 17-4 Stainless Steel. Blued, Matte Finished or Polished. They are a replacement for the Hammer Lock on the Smith & Wesson revolvers and are easy to install using the factor spring and keeper.
