Powers Metal Works,LLC, is owned and operated full time by John L. Powers. With over 41 years experience in refinishing fine firearms and gunsmithing; also specializing in manufacturing the highest quality ultra-precision long range hunting  rifles. 

In  2017, I was awarded Professional Membership into the American Custom Gun Makers Guild in Metalsmithing, Metal Finishing, and Restoration. A truly humbling honor and a dream I’ve had for many years.

In 2023 I was awarded membership into the American Pistolsmith Guild, which is dedicated to the excellence in the Pistolsmithing craft.
