Made of 4140 Heat Treated to RC 41-42 and perfect for the shooter that wants to have it engraved or likes the look of an Un-fluted cylinder. Must be fitted and included in the price. Bluing will be an added cost.
Powers Muzzle Brakes are manufactured out of 316 stainless steel or 4140 steel that can be blued. Both materials can be Cerakoted. Sizes are .625, .750, .875 and 1”. Thread Pitches are ½ - 28 and 5/8 – 24. All are CNC Machined in one set up for concentric alignment. The front exit hole MUST BE DRILLED .020 OVER BULLET DIAMETER as they are currently .234”. The front is machined at an 11 deg angle and ports are drilled at a 10 deg angle. There is an estimated 60% reduction in felt recoil.
